Description

Abstract
"關於櫻花鉤吻鮭復育成功之後放流成果評估作業必須積極準備。經由標識可準確評估族群的動態並協助找尋良好的棲所提供相關單位正確的訊息以為決策之參考。此外針對養殖孵化場受限於場地大小,種魚之標識可以預防近親繁殖的問題與做為繁殖配對之依據。而各個不同年齡魚自種魚至稚魚之標識若能確立落實且不傷害魚體,並容易由岸邊或潛水觀察辨識;將會對於櫻花鉤吻鮭族群管理與生態研究有所貢獻。 由於現今櫻花鉤吻鮭族群太小,不堪冒險從事標識研究。因此以虹?或其他冷水性或體型相近似之魚種為主要晶片植入對象;找尋最適當有效且百分之百不傷魚體的植入方式為今年主要工作重點。" "Population size restoration plan and work on Formosa land locked salmon is currently one of the most important works for this endangered species. Not until the number of the cultured salmon in conservation hatchery of Shei-Pa National Park, Taiwan exceeds its own carrying capacity, will the wild release of salmon be executed. The goal of this experiment is to develop a suitable method (or a combined method) for a long term monitoring of wild population and the effect of the release of artificially farmed salmon of the species from the conservation hatchery. However, due to the current size of population, the evaluation of different tagging systems will be done on other species of fishes to observe the efficiency and possible adverse effect after tags being implanted. Rainbow trout and some other native cold water species may be chosen for this tagging experiment."
