Description

Abstract
The project will isolate pathogens from imported live mud crab(Scylla serrata), and establishment background data of microbial flora and conduct epizootiological investigation in the environment of mud crab aquaculture system. The results obtained will be used as an important reference for health evalulation and aqaculture management. To establish the disease control measures for promoting surival rates in mud crab culture, microbial flora analysis and bacterial counts in trash fish, the efficacy of using probiotics to improve culture environment, and the effect of feeds mixed with immunostimulants in mud crab will be investigated.
