Description

Abstract
石斑魚屬高價魚類且廣受世界各國喜好,隨著亞洲區域華人經濟興起,石斑的消費量不斷攀升,潛力甚大。而龍膽石斑經濟價值遠高於一般石斑魚,目前龍膽石斑卵至寸苗生產主要以室外土池為主,但室外培育龍膽石斑其餌料生物為橈腳類,極易帶原細菌及病毒,且石斑幼苗期免疫系統尚未發育完全,易受病害感染,目前已知以彩虹病毒及神精壞死病毒為甚,使得今年龍膽石斑白身苗育成至二吋苗不佳,對產業嚴重衝擊,本研究擬開發室內簡易式循環育苗系統及建立正確育苗操作流程,以期能穩定生產健康耐病之龍膽石斑苗。 Grouper is a high price and very popular food fish in the world. With the economic development of oversea Chinese in Asia, the consumption of grouper is increasing. It is expected a high potential demand in future. The value of king grouper (Epinephelus lanceolatus) is much higher than that of most other groupers. The production of fingering groupers from fertilized eggs to one inch is mainly with outdoor method in Taiwan. Copepods are fed to these fingerlings as living organism, but they are considered to be carrier of pathogen. The immune system of one inch grouper has not developed well, so the fish is infected by pathogens easily at the stage. It has been known Nervous Necrosis Virus and Iridovirus Virus caused major mortalities of grouper, which decrease the production of two inch size fingerling in 2003. In this proposal, we are going to design a simple recirculation system and build a standard operation procedure for rearing grouper fingering from one inch to two inch to provide healthy and high disease resistance fingerling of king grouper stably.
