Abstract
船舶製造維修的施工機具都曝露在潮濕、高鹽份環境中,承受耐候性、壽命與安全問題?在船艙建造、維修時的漆黑環境,需要長效性光源的指示標誌以維護安全及明確指示開關與管線種類以避免誤觸及錯誤開關,導致嚴重的工安事件發生。本研究將開發長餘暉耐候性夜光體應用在船舶製造/維修之施工架與動力及電力工具以及吊掛機具。以耐候性鋁酸鍶長餘暉夜光體塗料為開發目標,設計助熔劑B2O3兼做披覆夜光粒子的保護殼層結構,此技術可以增強螢光粒子的結晶性,也可以加強餘暉與光致發光的強度,進而形成抗拒環境攻擊的保護層,增進夜光粉體的儲存壽命。進一步,將具有B2O3保護層的藍、綠光夜光粉體混合疏水性的高分子膠,製備成夜光塗料塗佈成夜光板,放置於高濕度、高鹽份與多海風的修/造船施工環境做環境測試,分析結晶性、微結構、光致發光與長餘暉等光學性質之耐候性變化。本研究計畫開發鑄造混練夜光粉體進入鋁合金熔湯中,以鋁合金熔湯做為噴塗黏著劑觀念,評估探討複合鋁合金螢光塗料發光性能,以提供耐候防蝕夜光塗料開發應用於船舶建造與維修工程。The machinery equipments of ship building exposing in the high humidity and salinity environment must face to the environmental durability, life and safety issues? The long persistent light sources as indicators are required in the dark building compartments to indicate the locations of switches and various types of pipelines to avoid the incorrect switching and wrong touch. Those mistakes will result in industrial safety accidents. This proposal develops long afterglow phosphors with environmental durability applied on construction frame and power/electrical supply assemblies and hanging machines. The developed target is the environmentally durable paints of strontium aluminate long afterglow phosphors. The B2O3 is designed as a flux and a protective coating layer on long afterglow phosphors. This structure can increase the crystallinity, enhance the long afterglow and photoluminescent intensities. The B2O3 layer also plays a defense role against environmental attack as to extending the storage life of phosphors. Further, the blue and green long afterglow phosphors with B2O3 coatings are mixed with hydrophobic polymer to prepare a luminous paint. The paint is coated on a substrate as a luminous board. Such boards are arranged in the areas of dockyard to test the environmental attack by the humidity, salinity and sea wind. The changes of crystal structure, microstructure, photoluminescence and afterglow properties are measured and analyzed to evaluate the environmental durability. This proposal develops casting and kneading long afterglow phosphor into aluminum alloy melting liquid. The molten aluminum alloy will be utilized as a binder for long afterglow phosphor in thermal spray engineering. The optical properties of prepared paint containing aluminum alloy with long afterglow phosphor are evaluated to provide environmentally durable and anti-corrosive metal long afterglow paints on ship building and ship repair industries.
