Description

Abstract
太陽之熱能具有環保、無污染及高能量等各項優點,因而成為當前能源工程之重要議題之一,本計畫將針對太陽能集熱系統進行模擬分析與實驗設計。計畫所開發之“具導熱片之熱油式太陽能集熱板及太陽能熱水儲熱系統設計開發”,模擬分析部分之太陽能集熱板為具有導熱鰭片之集熱油流道,被加熱冷水側則為包含主流道及輔助流道之流路,因此若要求解這兩個流場之各項物理量,需要一套全新的計算方法,本計畫擬開法一種新型的無網格計算方法,可同時求解集熱油側及冷水側複合流場之各項物理量,因此定名為雙側樣線法(Double Side Spline Method, DSSM),擬針對複合熱對流場,提供一種新的計算方法。計畫的實驗設計,先採用鹵素燈模擬太陽輻射熱,其後則於實際日照下進行,並以自行試製之太陽能集熱模組進行實驗,以熱電耦與流量計量測溫度與流量參數並繪製圖表。所得的實驗數據,並進一步與模擬分析之數據進行比較,以評估實驗結果與模擬分析之一致性。經由前述之雙側樣線法與實驗計畫所設計之太陽集熱能系統,利用太陽熱能提供冷水側之能量轉換來源,並配合儲能模組,執行集熱及儲能之研究,以提高太陽能集熱系統之儲能效率。The solar energy has the environmental protection, free from pollution and higher - energy etc. is each merit, thus become one of the important agendas of current fuel engineering, this planning will aim at a solar energy to gather the caloric the system undertake simulation analysis and design of experiments. The proposal develop “The development and design of solar collecting panels with the finned thermal oil models and the solar energy storage system with hot water”, simulation analysis for the finned hot oil solar energy collection plates of fluid flow. And the cooling water of heating both included the main flow duct and the aux duct. Therefore if ask for solving each physics of these two optical flows to measure, need a set of all-new computational method, this planning with a view to writes the sans mesh of law a kind of new model computational method, can solve to gather at the same time caloric the each oil side and the cooling water side compound optical flow physics quantity, therefore entitle a double to measure a kind wire law(Double Side Spline Method, DSSM), draw up to aim at a compound thermal convection field, tender a kind of new computational method.The design of experiments,adopts the halogen lamps simulation solar radiation caloric first. Afterwards then down steer at the actual sun light exposure. And with by oneself the solar energy of trial gather caloric the module start experiment, with caloric couple and the flowmeter measurement flow data and temperature parameter also design the chart. Experiment data of gaining, and further and simulation analysis of the data steer the compare and test the uniformity of result and simulation analysis by appraisal.The solar energy designed for planning law and experiment measured the kind wire by above double of gathers the heat energy system and make use of the solar energy to tender the energy convert of cool water side the source, and matches with to keep energy module, run gather caloric and keep the search of energy gathers by raising a solar energy caloric system it keep energy efficiency.
