Abstract

"由於外食人口增加，食品科技的進步，連鎖超商的展店策略，兩岸 ECFA簽定等原因造成食品冷鏈物流的需求大增，也使得食品冷鏈物流相關產業面對很大的挑戰。就學術的文獻中，有關物流管理的期刊很多，但探討冷鏈物流的文獻就相對較少。本研究擬採用資源基礎理論，認為若企業有良好的冷鏈物流能力，則會獲得持久性的競爭優勢，並由國際物流業、食品製造業與國內物流業三個冷鏈物流重要的產業著手，採用問卷調查的方式來探討冷鏈物流能力，冷鏈物流績效與企業績效彼此間的關係。本研究期望能得到正向的結果，並可提供給業者或政府等相關單位，做為制定相關策略的參考。"
"This study applies the resource-based theory to explore the food cold chain logistics competency. Three surveys of international logistics providers, food manufacturing industry, and local logistics providers in Taiwan were undertaken in order to examine the relationships among cold chain logistics competency, cold chain logistics performance, and organization performance, using exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis and the structural equation modelling (SEM) technique. The research results may demonstrate that top managers must therefore enforce and improve the food cold chain logistics competency, in order to acquire and maintain sustained competitive advantage."
