數位轉型在當前快速變化的科技環境下，已成為顯學。本研究以問卷調查的方式來實證台灣貨櫃航運業的創新氣候、數位轉型與組織績效間的關聯性模式，並加入動態能力的干擾效果。期望能探討貨櫃航運產業創新氣候、數位轉型，組織績效及動態能力的定義與相關構面並建立貨櫃航運產業的創新氣候、數位轉型，組織績效及動態能力等變數間的關係模式，並驗證出有效的結果，以提供業者或政府在制定貨櫃航運產業數位轉型相關策略或政策上的參考。
This study empirically examined the relationship among innovation climate, digital transformation, and organizational performance in the container shipping industry and the moderating effect of dynamic capability also tested. The results of the research will be useful for container shipping industry to improve theirdigital transformation for getting better organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of the research findings will be discussed.
