Description

Abstract
"目前傳統測量方式係仰賴具有經驗之測量團隊執行相關測量作業,現場測量資料 記錄隨測量施作進程均以人工手記方式進行計算,測量效率無法提升,且難以避免因 人工手記計算測量資料產生誤植或遺漏等問題。近年來由於測量儀器因為雷射測距的 技術提升,使得執行測量作業的困難度大幅降低,惟考量非專業人員操作使用可能衍 生之問題,在測量品質、測量效率及低測量成本的要求下,自動化測量技術的開發與 應用,將是未來測量實務業界必須要走的一條路。 申請人等長期致力於自動化測量系統的研發,在國科會專題研究計畫及實務業界 的產學合作計畫的經費補助下,已完成包括桶槽(油槽及煤倉)容積自動化測量系統、海 域(地形及平面流況)測量自動化系統、港灣構造物檢維修管理資訊系統及 Client-Server 作業系統等,以解決目前普遍存在於實務土木、建築及海洋工程領域的提升測量品質、 提高測量效率及降低測量成本等問題。申請人等研究團隊研發的自動化測量系統,目 前於測量技術之開發上已臻成熟,但礙於推廣的人力及財力,因此在產業上一直有使 用上的困擾。緣此,本研究團隊所研究開發之重點在於自動化(簡化作業程序)、自我檢 核(偵錯系統)與流程標準化(SOP)的基礎計算軟體及技術,將測量工作加入含括基本測 量軟體與 Android 系統的輔助測量系統,利用電腦之快速運算特性,以圖形化介面的 方式將儀器所得之數據與測量計算方法,透過雲端運算的技術直接連結,即時得到現 場測量數據並加以檢驗。 現與本研究團隊進行產學合作之對象,主要有瑞商遠東公證股份有限公司(SGS) 與自強工程顧問有限公司等,經比較與瑞商遠東公證(SGS)及自強工程顧問有限公司合 作經驗,本自動化測量系統已可有效達成業者所需之精度要求及符合經計成本。藉由 產學小聯盟的輔助,可將此一自動化測量技術更進一步落實到產業界,以提升測量品 質及產業競爭力,亦可落實測量人才在各種產業培訓中強化測量技術。從建立標準化 的測量模式,可減少人力及時間成本,並降低工程測量上面的錯誤,以滿足業者的需 求並加強補足測量自動化系統,達到異業結合之成效。期以透過 e 化的系統,提高測 量品質並有效降低測量成本。" "The traditional way of measurement relies on experienced groups to do the survey. The measurement is done by paper calculation; thus, it is hard to elevate the efficiency and to avoid mistakes. Recently, due to the progression of skills surveying distance by laser, the difficulties of measurement decrease. Though there are still considerations about operation, quality, efficiency, and cost, the development and use of automatic survey is going to be implemented in the future. Nowadays, the technology of survey has been matured. However, restricted by the labor power and money, it is always difficult to use the technology broadly. Therefore, the key point of our survey is to build basic calculation software and skills that can run program automatically, examine mistakes on its own, and have standard operation procedure. The work of measurement is therefore done by the basic software and Android system and then the data will be examined by the cloud computing. The major Academic-industry cooperation groups are now SGS and Strong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., etc. The automatic survey system is now achieving the goal of preciseness and appropriate cost. Through the Academic-industry cooperation, the technology can be used in industry to improve the quality and strengthen the survey skills. The standard survey mode can reduce the cost on labor power and money as well as the calculating mistakes in order to obtain the effect from the combination of heterogeneous industries."
