Description

Abstract
本研究考量海平面上升造成之氣候變遷,整合並分析河口及海岸之複合性災害,進一步檢討現行防護標準之適用性。透過海氣象資料及相關台灣海域模擬資料,分析研究範圍海域未來海平面長期變化趨勢,進行海平面上升及海岸利用變化對現行海岸防護標準之檢討,並量化評估海岸防災風險之災損範圍。亦探討環境變遷下動力機制量化及組成指標,整合海岸防災風險與災損量化範圍,歸納岸線後退超越機率之量化風險評估模式。進而建立因應氣候變遷情境下災害分析及防護標準探討之研究模式,並探討河口海岸環境動態變化下的最適減災策略。 This study considers climate change caused by sea level rise, integrates and analyzes complex hazards in estuaries and coasts, and further reviews the applicability of current protection standards. Based on marine meteorological data and related simulation data, analyze the long-term trend of sea level changes in the research area, conduct sea level rise and coast utilization changes, review the current coast protection standards, and quantitatively assess the scope of coast disaster prevention. This study also discusses the quantification of the dynamic mechanism of the environmental change and the composition index. By integrating the coastal disaster prevention risk and the quantified scope, the quantitative risk assessment model of the receding and surpassing probability of the coastline is summarized. Finally, a research model for disaster analysis and protection standards in the context of climate change is established, and appropriate mitigation strategies for estuarine and coastal environments under dynamic changes are discussed.
