Description

Abstract
近年來受全球氣候變遷影響,台灣地區極端氣候發生之頻率也日趨升高,2009 年莫拉克颱風及近年來接連數次之極端降雨,均在台灣北中南各地造成嚴重大區域之邊坡崩塌災害。為有效分析降雨引致淺層山崩潛勢,本研究針對未飽和層地下水流模式發展與邊坡穩定分析之應用,主要工作為透過求解理查方程式之數值解開發未飽和層地下水分析模式,深入未飽和層土壤水分特性曲線模式之差異,將研發大地工程前瞻數值分析方法應用於未飽和層地下水流數值模式之建立,後續以未飽和層理論下發展廣域山崩分析技術,除探討無限邊坡之應用案例外,並加以應用於圓弧型破壞之邊坡穩定分析,以期建立本土化未飽和層山崩分析技術。本研究計畫擬規劃為三年分期進行,第一年針對未飽和層地下水進行理論研究,並建立一維未飽和層地下水流模式,針對不同土壤水分特性曲線模式之未飽和層水壓模擬結果進行比較與討論。第二年進行未飽和層地下水數值模式之發展,研究重點為創新動力學演算法應用於未飽和地下水數值模式。第三年則結合前兩年之未飽和層地下水數值模式研究成果,將未飽和層理論應用求解實際大地工程問題,將探討未飽和層孔隙水壓變化對邊坡穩定影響分析,以期建立本土之廣域未飽和層山崩分析模式。 "In recent years, due to the impact of global climate change, Taiwan’s climate also shows frequent anomaly. In 2009, Typhoon Morakot and consecutive extreme rainfall events caused severe landslides and debris flows all over Taiwan. To study the susceptibility of landslide from the rainfall, a research proposal for developing unsaturated groundwater flow models for slope stability is initiated herein. We propose a 3-year project to study the problem mentioned above. The first year is to develop an unsaturated groundwater models. This study in the first year will be focused on the Richards equation for modeling unsaturated soils. Several soil water characteristic curve (SWCC) will be studied and we will also conduct the comparison of the van Genuchten model and other SWCC model. The second year is to establish a slope stability model of unsaturated soils. In this year, we will try to introduce the newly developed dynamical method for solving the linear algebraic equations created by the finite difference method. The rainfall induced landslide analysis will be studied in details. The last year is to apply the slope stability model of unsaturated soils to a regional-scale shallow landslide analysis using the geographic information system. All results from previous two years will be integrated in the GIS system. The parameter sensitivity analysis for the unsaturated model will be conducted in this year. It is expected that a novel model for solving the rainfall induced landslide for regional-scale slope stability problems can be carried out based on the results of this three year project. "
