Description

Abstract
本研究主要目的為:初步探討以及研擬有效改善漁港港口航道水域因淤沙問題所造成的操船不便之改善方案。研究如何兼顧漁業保護以及國土保護之改善方案。執行步驟擬定如下: 1. 蒐集現有箔子寮漁港附近海域相關水深地形、波浪、潮汐水位、海流、風及沿岸漂沙等資料,綜合研析箔子寮漁港附近海域現況問題。 2. 進行國內外案例、工法相關資料文獻蒐集,作為研究工作之參考。 3. 針對漂沙來源進行追蹤以及探討,擬進行漂浮球追蹤,以瞭解海流實際流況以及漂砂優勢方向。 4. 根據箔子寮漁港現存問題,配合計畫海域附近的水深地形及海氣象等資料,研擬可能的改善方案;隨之,建構數理分析模型,探討及評估各改善方案的可行性。 The maintain purpose of this study is to investigate the sediment processes around harbor entrance of Po-Tzu-Liao fishing port, and the efficient manner for preventing or mitigating the quantity of disposition in the region of navigation channel will be discussed. Discussion will be gradually carried out as the follow items: 1. Environmental conditions, including wind, tide, current, wave and water depth around harbor region, etc., are collected and researched firstly. 2. Collect the messages about the preventing or mitigating disposition for the references. 3. Measure the current around harbor entrance by taking advantage of a buoy system for understanding the local conditions further. 4. Several kinds of preventing or mitigating manners will be discussed after understanding the environmental conditions and problem of Po-Tzu-Liao fishing port Otherwise, a numerical analysis will be developed for investigating the efficiency of each manner.
