本計畫係屬交通部運輸研究所「臺灣近岸防救災預警系統技術與作業化之研究」計畫規劃四年合作研究計畫之第三年的波浪推算部分，本年之主要工作包含近岸風浪模擬技術之研發及預警精度改進；結合本所相關計畫之海象即時監測作業，發展颱風波浪之模擬技術，建置近岸防災預警方法，以減低颱風期間海岸災害破壞；以及加強近岸防災預警系統之作業化效能之提昇，預報系統採人性化操作界面，以利相關單位使用。本年度預期完成的工作成果包含精進波浪自動化預報系統；風場(氣壓)、波浪預報模式作業化成果評估；七個主要商港區及附近海域波場模擬作業；以及資料與技術之轉移。 This project is the third year of the four years project entitled with “Technology and Operation of a Pre-warning System for Near-shore Disaster Prevention and Rescue”, Institute of Transportation, Ministry of Transportation. The major works include the improvements of nearshore wave prediction/precaution techniques, establishment of typhoon wave precaution system, and the improvement of the operational performance of the TaiCOMS system. The proposed products include the improvement of the wave prediction system, the evaluations of wind (pressure) and wave prediction results, the wave prediction around seven commercial ports, and the transfer of data and technique.
