The main propuse of this project is to develop a user guide for engineer to prevent the facility in fishery harbor from disaster, the neceassary installations for fishery harbor are also discussed in here.
The natural disaster in fishery harbor will be discussed firstly, then factitious disaster following, The kinds and quantity of facility in fishery harbor will be researched according to fishery harbor's scale.
