預w期螳效蠕益q:G由悒本賑研膍究s預w期褸對鴭於騥黑薩鯛Ksomatolactin基穧因]表穛現{與P環藿境珘緊糬迫Ⅵ適A應酗之岔關鰜係Y。C Somatolactin was the first found in the pars intermedia of the pituitary in flounder, Atlantic cod and chm salmon in 1990-1991. Somatolactin is considered as a glycoprotein on protein in which has an important function in the environmental stress adaptation, reproduction, energy balance, background adaptation, and ionic balance. The exact function in animals was still not clear. Enhancement of the ability in marine fish to adapt in environmental stress is important to the applied aspects in aquaculture. Therefore, the objectives of this study was first to clone somatolactin cDNA from pituitary in black porgy and then study the relationship between pituitary somatolactin gene expression and the stress response in black porgy.
