Description

Abstract
"本研究主要以數值模擬及水工模型試驗方式針對沒水新月形平板或淺灘對群點吸收式 波力發電機組所構成波力發電場之影響進行研究與探討,理論解析在為小振幅波理論構架 下,將點吸收波力發電場內之自由水面條件以浮筒振幅替代,同時考量群體小口徑浮筒舖設 於海面之情況,導入遮蔽率係數以取代包含群點吸收波力機組之自由水面條件,同時以邊界 元素法作為數值模擬方法,以解析其波場變化,並探討波力發電場內各位置之擷取效能。 本研究為兩年期計畫,第一年主要針對點吸收式波力發電場之配置大小範圍及形狀,以 及浮筒之間距(遮蔽率)進行數值模擬,並進行水工模型試驗,以驗證數值模擬結果,同時以 建構點吸收式發電系統之實驗模型,以彈簧模擬其阻尼係數,而後於平面水槽中進行試驗, 以了解電場中各位置浮筒運動之RAO,及電場四周波場的變化,本年度探討的重點主要在於 海洋波力發電場的形狀、大小範圍以及各點吸收式波力發電機組間距。 第二年則導入沒水新月形淺灘及沒水新月形平板等結構,將其配置於海洋波力發電場外 海入射波側,將波浪能量集中,以提高波力發電場內之擷取效率,研究的進行亦以數值模擬 及水工模型試驗分別進行,數值模擬以對偶邊界元素法做為數值模擬分法,本年度研究重點 在於沒水新月形淺灘或沒水新月形平板對點吸收式波力發電場擷取效能之影響。"
"The main purpose of this project is to discuss the effect of the submerged crescent shoal or horizontal plate to the farm of ocean wave power by usage of numerical model and hydraulic model tests. Theoretical development is based on linear wave theory and the free surface condition in the farm of ocean wave power is developed in this research. Numerical model is proceeding by usages of Boundary Element Method to discuss the wave field of farm of ocean wave power and the efficiency of power take-off. The dimension, shape of farm of ocean wave power, including the space between each point absorption wave energy convertor is discussed in the first year. A series of model tests are carried out in the wave basin to investigate the RAO of buoy, various of wave field and verify the numerical results. The submerged crescent shoal or horizontal plate will be applied to discuss the effect to farm of ocean wave power in the second year. Numerical model will be proceeding by means of Dual boundary element method to analyze wave field during the submerged horizontal plate is applied to concentrate wave energy."
