Description

Abstract
本計畫擬針對使用超細反應性飛灰製作流態混凝土進行相關的研究。第一年的目標為製作出自流平砂漿,研發出能夠在解決高流動性與穩定性的矛盾、早強與緩凝的矛盾、收縮與膨脹的矛盾之自流平混凝土。擬使用波特蘭一型水泥配加硫鋁酸鹽水泥,再使用超細反應性飛灰為礦物性摻料。第二年的目標為製作出具有良好流動性、能夠抗析離的自充填混凝土。配比中,礦物性摻料擬使用水淬高爐石粉以及超細反應性飛灰。第三年的目標為針對第一年以及第二年研究中所選出恰當的配比,進行耐久性相關的研究。 透過多年期計畫的完成,預期能夠提升國內相關產業,在流態混凝土製作上的配比上、以及混凝土的行為有更深入的了解。也期待引入超細反應性飛灰,可以更提升流態混凝土的性質。 In this proposal, we proposed a three-year project to study the flowing concrete. In the first year, the target is to develop the self-leveling mortar (concrete). We need to find appropriate mixes to find the compromises between high flowability and stability of cement paste, early strength development and retarding reaction, contraction of hydration product and expansion of self-leveling concrete to resist cracking. We propose to use type I Portland cement and Sulphoaluminate cement together, and the ultra-fine reactive fly ash is added as the mineral admixture. The goal of the second year research is to develop the self-compacting concrete. The self-compacting concrete needs to have high flowability and capability to resist the segregation. In the mixtures, ground granulated furnace slag and ultra-fine reactive fly ash will be added as the mineral admixtures. The goal of the third year project is to study the durability for the appropriate mixtures developed in the first year and second year, We expect the results foir this three-year project can provide the related domestic industry information for producing flowing concretes and their properties. It is also expected through the use of ultra-fine reactive fly ash, all the properties of flowing concrete can be enhanced.
