Description

Abstract
本研究將針對石門水庫集水區與下游桃園及石門灌區,探討氣候變遷對農業灌溉水源供給之影響。首先蒐集研究區域歷史氣象記錄、地文特性與水利設施等基本資料,建立石門水庫降雨逕流模式以模擬未來大漢溪流量變化。再配合前一年度計畫結果,利用模擬法評估未來下游農業灌溉用水之缺水情形,以提供相關單位未雨綢繆擬定適應之灌溉用水對策。 The objective of this research is to evaluate the risk of irrigation water requirement under climate change for an agricultural area in north Taiwan. On a basis of the result by last year (Huang, 2012. 101AS-8.2.5-IE-b1), the agricultural demand will be determined. Then the meteorological, hydrological and topographic fetures at Shihmen basin are investigated to construct a rainfall-runoff model. Finally, the simulation method is selected for evaluating the risk of irrigation water requirement under climate change. These results would be a well sugestion for decision-makers, and they could draw countermeasures by this research.
