Description

Abstract
臺灣隨著社會經濟的蓬勃發展,濱海岸地區受到人為的開發利用 ,海岸結構物也因此陸續興建。這些結構物影響了原有的輸砂系統 ,導致海岸地形發生演變。為了永續經營,因應開發結構物可能引致的海岸侵蝕災害,因此須釐清海岸開發結構物對海岸地形變遷所造成的影響,作為後續施行因應措施擬定參考依據。 本研究以整體海岸管理計畫公告十三組侵淤熱點之一的高雄興達港海岸段為研究案例,透過海洋水動力及實測資料分析,來探討研究區內開發結構物引致的海岸地形變遷影響。首先,以水動力能量大小來判定影響地形變遷作用之因子。接著,利用岸線及斷面的變遷速率分析,以及侵淤量體分析,來界定研究區內海岸開發結構物引致的侵淤失衡範圍及量體,以提供目的事業主管機關作為輸砂平衡補償的參考依據。 As the development of Taiwan’s social and economy, the coastal area had been extensively developed by constructed the coastal structures. Coastal structures changed the original sand transport system and lead to variation of the coastal morphodynamic to reach a new balance. Thus, the influence of coastal structures on morphological changes shoud be analyzed, clearly, for the coastal managements. In this paper, one of the 13 hot spots of massive morphological changes in Taiwan, which named Kaohsiung Xingda harbor, was investigated by analyzing hydrodynamic mechanism and trend of coastal morphodynamic. First of all, it used hydrodynamic energy to determine the major factors in affecting the coastal changes. After that, it used shoreline change analysis, profile change analysis and volumetric analysis to define structure's influence area and sand’s volume change of the influence area to provide public institutions for sand budget measures.
