Abstract
壓鑄技術產學服務聯盟(簡稱本聯盟)之運作係以國立臺灣海洋大 學(簡稱本校)研究團隊現有之成孰技術為主,聘請國內壓鑄廠的 退休專家提供非本校專長技術,並由研究人員蒐集國內外發表之新 技術,整合為壓鑄廠工程師易於接受的技術模組,藉定期的技術研 討會進行同步性的技術擴散,或者由至廠家執行個別的輔導模式 ,來落實技術服務與轉移給會員廠商及有興趣加入之廠商為對象 ,達到壓鑄專業人才訓練與培育的目標。截至目前,今年度已有 35家廠商及2家法人加入成為聯盟會員,創造總營運總收入達新臺幣 2,786,780元,持續為業界服務。。 聯盟運作邁入第三年,據會員意見回饋,每年成功協助會員廠商產 值提升及新聘工程及研發人員,第一年為570萬元、2人,第二年為 250萬元、15人,第三年為1100萬元、22人,另有廠商基於營業秘密 不便透漏。本聯盟秉持’’抵家’’服務的精神(英文名稱縮寫 DITSA),以定期的專家諮詢與訪廠現地,實際在會員廠商之生產線 與研發處,針對其之問題進行研討提供合適解決方案,甚或藉與本 團隊之技術人員,以合作案形式協助技術支援或是產品研發,以此 使會員廠商在產線的提升或是產品的品質提升,進而增加產值,持 續為廣大的壓鑄產業服務。 隨著工業4.0的時代趨勢,本聯盟透過’’異業結盟’’形成產業聚 落,促進上中下游產業之串聯及資源共享,並積極引進國外先進壓 鑄技術,提供輔導產業轉型所需的技術,協助國內業者跟上國際脈 動,除減少國際訂單流失,更積極拓展新的業務,進而牽動起整個 就職生態,達到增加訂單、員工、設廠等目標,提升臺灣壓鑄產業 的競爭力,促進臺灣經濟發展。With the research subsidy of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the industry-university cooperation plan, DITSA has accumulated a number of successful die-casting technologies, integrating into the die casting mold T1 = Tfinal design principle, CAE die casting application, low content advanced technologies gas-die casting method, diecasting defect solution, and established Membership Service (DITSA), as the industry problems, DITSA solves problems. The service platform assists the industry to solve the mold design and production technology problems encountered in practice. DITSA Alliance is based on the concept of "Technology Deep Cultivation" and "Product Price Creation". Through the Client-Server network platform services, technical seminars, expert consultation and visits to factories, technical services, technology transfer and patent licensing, industry-university cooperation In other ways, we will provide the core technology of die-casting that will make the industry smooth and smooth, so that the industry can create the greatest economic benefits with the lowest cost technology, and establish the advantages of technological differentiation, rapid production and product adaptation to achieve high-quality human development. The goal of adding value to castings to enhance industrial competitiveness. DITSA alliance has been completed for three years. todaty there are 38 companies become our members, and created NTD 2,786,780 income. According to the feedback from the members, the annual output of the member companies has been successfully assisted with the new projects and R&D personnel employeers. The first year was grown NTD 5.7 million, 2 employeers hired, the second year was grown NTD 2.5 million, 15 employeers hired, and the third year has been grown NTD11 million, 22 employees hired.
