Description

Abstract
有鑑於硬脆材料之應用及其加工之重要性日益增長,如何規劃一高效率、高精度之研磨技術乃是此整合型計畫之目標。本子計畫之目的有三:一、配合總計畫及其他子計畫,規劃並建立一整合型之混合式高效率、高精度磨拋削系統,此一系統將包含:深切緩進磨拋削系統、撓性磨拋削系統、滾筒型磨拋削系統,並結合放電加工、電化學加工、超音波加工等非傳統加工法,以達到高移除率及高精密度之雙重要求。二、設計並測試一加工機台及高速工件進給裝置,以提供其他子計畫一整合型之共用平台,並規劃一整合之系統控制軟硬體架構。三、研究此整合型混合式磨拋削系統中加工參數設計之多目標最佳化法並以相關實驗數據加以驗證。 Due to the increasing importance of manufacturing system automation and integration, this sub-project under the integrated project concentrates on two objectives: 1. Building an integrated precision polishing system environment which includes: product design module, process planning module, material planning module, production scheduling module, product data management module, and the machine center under developed in the other sub-project. 2. Parametric optimization for any module listed above, especially the machining process parameters' optimization.
