Description

Abstract
"本研究旨在利用現有專利引用分析方法結合計畫主持人在高階派區網路與模糊理論上 之相關研究成果,建立一套具動態分析及模糊關係之網路與數學模型建構方法,並將其 應用在技術趨勢分析以用來瞭解各技術領域之未來發展潛力與方向。本計畫首先將利用 高階派區網路與模糊理論之結合,對派區網路在模式、分析與建立規則庫之方法加以深 入探討,並對模糊理論在動態模糊關係建立之應用詳加分析後,設計一套更有效之模糊 派區網路用來模式、分析、模擬與建立所需之動態模糊關係,並應用在專利引用分析上, 作為開發創新專利指標的基礎,強化指標評比專利技術內涵的有效性,找出急速發展中 熱門的技術前沿。本計畫亦將應用高階模糊派區網路之研究與發展,針對其他派區網路 在模式上之不完整性及推論方法之缺失,並利用高階派區網路在階層式設計上之能力, 加以結合修改建立更完整之圖形及數學模式及簡易之程式介面,其不但可以更精確地模 擬系統中之物件類型及關係,且能夠有效地用來模擬物件間互動的方式與程序。在知識 經濟為主的社會中,企業必須掌握重要且關鍵的技術及趨勢,才能維持其競爭力,且須 重視專利資訊並加以利用,作為研發新技術的利器。若由技術層面來看,專利資訊不僅 能用來掌握產業的發展動向,更可作為技術研發的指標。" "The objective of this research is to develop an integrated analysis tool by enhancing patent citation analysis methods with high level fuzzy Petri nets for the study and application in technology trend analysis. The advanced Petri nets and fuzzy theory was introduced in patent citation analysis in order to obtain technology spillover. Patent information is an important source for scientific and technological knowledge. Due to the importance of patent performance on predicting technology development, many academic and industrial research scientists have devoted themselves to the development and implementation of sophisticated patent analysis methodology. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) found that effective use of patent information can greatly shorten R&D time up to 60 percent and can save R&D costs up to 40 percent. Information from patent documents not only stimulates new research directions but also promotes new usages of current technologies. Furthermore, patent analyses can reveal or predict corporate competitiveness, technology life cycle, and industrial growth. This research will study thoroughly the High Level Petri Net and fuzzy theory on their modeling and verification capabilities. The author has presented work on the development of a Fuzzy Colored Petri Nets which can be used in developing decision support systems for factory automation. Among the many learning algorithms presented in the latest developments of artificial intelligence, Genetic algorithm was chosen and studied and incorporated into the FCPN Model. In addition, a computer program of the new network algorithm will be written and combined with existing fuzzy expert system development tool to automate the knowledge base design methodology. The new tool by integrating FCPN and patent citation analysis will enable a company in studying the related technology trends and making right decisions in technology developments and investments."
