以屏東農業生物科技園區亞太水族營運中心為主要標的，建立園區輸出入水族生物蓄養、檢疫、貿易供銷與通關作業之研析與改進規範，藉由自主管控、分層管理與勤加查核，落實生產醫學概念，並針對主要貿易伙伴與OIE法典之檢疫規範，杜絕特定病原與疾病藉由經濟性養殖水生物貿易流通途徑進行輸送與傳播，同時掌控具高風險物種之貿易流通，因此分別藉由常時監控、建立正確防檢疫觀念、深化產業資訊與相關資料之收集，以充分達成預期目標。 Focus to Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park (PAPB) ornamental aquarium center as the main target, to establish the specification and techniques of the commercial aquatic animal stocking, quarantine, trade export/import customs clearance and analyzing and improvement to the ornamental fish industry. By customizing the competent control, hierarchical management and spare no checks. Implementation of the production of medical concepts, and focus on the OIE Code and quarantine standards of trade countries and customer, respectively. To eliminate the disease by species-specific pathogens and its spread by commercial aquatic transportation and communication in trade flow channels. And deepen the correct concept of quarantine information and techniques of import/export aquatic animal industry.
