Description

Abstract
本年度目標: (1) 針對氨冷凍系統之操作與使用,蒐集並整理現行之安全規範,以提供漁民們參考. (2) 蒐集各式氨偵測器、與口罩式氨氣濾毒罐之效能與價格等資訊,並評估比較何者較適合應用在漁船上. (3) 研究漁船冷凍設備、及氨容器設置於一隔離之冷凍室.並於此隔離之冷凍室內設置氨洩漏警報及安全裝置.研究監測警報器、與各項安全裝置之設定方式與其定期檢驗項目與程序. (4) 研究一旦發生氨冷媒洩漏時,人員之緊急應變、與安全處置程序. (5) 實際建立一套偵測警報安全設備,作為示範宣導之用.預期效益: (1) 可建立一套漁船操作氨冷媒冷凍設備之安全規範. (2) 可建立一套洩漏緊急應變與處置程序. (3) 可建立氨監測器與氨濾毒罐之價格調查與效能評估. (4) 可實際建立一套自動偵測氨冷媒洩漏之警報安全裝置設備. (5) 可據以加强對漁民宣導,避免因氨冷媒洩漏而再次發生重大災害. Goals of this year: (1) To collect the standards and the regulations regarding to the safety issues for the operations and management of ammonia refrigeration system. (2) To collect and evaluate the information on the prices and performance of various types and brands of ammonia detecting instrument and filtering mask. (3) To study the arrangement and operating settings for the alarm of ammonia leakage, and the operations of other safety equipments. (4) To study the regulations on the safety response procedures for personnel during emergency. (5) To practically build a set of ammonia detection alarm system and safety equipments. Benefits anticipated: (1) The safety standards and regulations will be collectted for the operations and management of ammonia refrigeration system. (2) The information on prices and performance evaluation will be collected for various ammonia detecting instrument and filtering mask. (3) It will be studied on the arrangement and operating settings for ammonia leakage alarm, and other safety equipment. (4) A set of ammonia detecting/alarm and safety equipment can be practically built for demonstration. (5) The results can be made known to fishermen, to prevent from the occurrence of another disaster due to ammonia leakage.
