Description

Abstract
本計劃將以國內生產之不同生質柴油為柴油機之替代燃料。在不修改柴油機之前提下,使用不同與石化柴油混合比例,測試在不同柴油機負載與轉速下,對於柴油機之運轉性能、油耗性能以及廢氣排放之影響。此外亦將評估生質柴油實際使用於漁船之可行性。

本計畫亦將實際建立組裝一組二甲醚之燃料噴射系統。此燃料噴射系統包括DME高壓鋼瓶、加壓用氮氣鋼瓶、氣液分離器、緊急關斷閥、加壓泵、過濾器、高壓噴射泵、燃料噴嘴、調壓閥與逆止閥等。 This project uses different domestically-produced biodiesel fuels as alternative fuel for a diesel engine. On the condition of not modifying the engine, engine testing will be performed under different engine speeds and loads. The effects on the engine operating characteristics, fuel economy, and exhaust emissions will be studied for different biodiesel and petroleum diesel blends. The feasibility of using biodiesel on fishing vessels will also be evaluated.

It will also be carried out in this project to practically build a set of fuel injection system for dimethyl ether which include the components of a high pressure cylinder, a pressurized nitrogen cylinder, a gas-liquid separator, an emergency shut-off valve, a pressurizing pump, a strainer, a high-pressure injection pump, a nozzle, a pressure-adjusting valve, and a check valve.
