2008海洋科學與生物科技女性科學家學術暨職涯發展研討會報告摘要國內近年來參與科學研究的女性學者日益增多，並且在學術界大放異彩，激勵許多年輕女性學生投入各項科學領域的研究工作。為鼓勵更多年輕女性學生投入海洋科學與生物科技研究工作，並且加速國內外女性學者的學術交流，特別邀請了國際傑出女性學者與國內女性學者於10月27-28日舉辦「2008海洋科學與生物科技女性科學家學術暨職涯發展研討會」，分享她們在學術界成功的經驗，並作為青年學子的學習典範。本次會議無論在國內外學術交流以及女性科學研究職涯發展座談方面均獲得熱烈的迴響，並讓國際學者對台灣女性科學家在學術界所享有的平等待遇留下了深刻的印象。 Recently, the outstanding performance of women scientists in Taiwan has encouraged a lot of female students choosing science as their future career. To help the young generation understanding the career of marine science and marine biotechnology, we have invited a number of outstanding female scientists all over the world and domestic female scientists in “Women in Marine Science and Biotechnology Conference and Career Development Workshop” in 27-28, October to share their excellent achievement and experience with our students and young scientists. There were more than 300 students attended this conference. The success of conference has received a great response from the audiences and has deeply impressed our international speakers.
