本研究計畫的目標是開發探討運用龍鬚菜、重緣葉馬尾藻的寡醣或低聚合度之降解物，以複雜相分離法製備龍鬚菜、重緣葉馬尾藻的低聚合度之降解物/維生素B6之奈米粒。並將龍鬚菜、重緣葉馬尾藻的寡醣或低聚合度之降解物的機能性成分或奈米粒分別應用於乳霜以製得抗老化乳霜，再進行其安全性、安定性及有效性(保濕性、抗老化等)等特性研究。 The objectives of the research project are to explore the applications the oligomers or low degree of polymerization mucilage extracts from Gracilaria lemaneformis and Sargassum duplicatum by the following aproaches: 1. Using complex coacervation method to prepare nano-particle vehicles containing Vitamin 6. 2. Preparation the cosmetics containing the active ingredient from those two seaweeds. Determination the storage stability, safety and their efficacy.
