"為落實研發成果之保護，提升研發團對技術推廣之效益，使智慧財產知識深耕於校園中，國立臺灣海洋大學辦理「提升智慧財產及技術移轉推廣人才培育計畫」透過系列性的課程規劃與知識學習，提升各研發團隊成員自行檢索專利技術、閱讀專利技術內涵、撰寫專利說明書的能力，以及學習將研發成果技術移轉至產業界。實施本計畫的效益如下： 1.縮短技術移轉時程 2.降低智財管理及技術移轉成本 3.預期技轉可能性提升 4.學員對研發團隊貢獻 5.增進教師對於專利申請實務瞭解 6.提升教師對於研發成果技術授權的重視" "In order to protect implementation of R & D results, improve the effective promotion of R & D team, and root the Intellectual property knowledge deeply on campus, the National Taiwan Ocean University hosts the 「Patent Skill and Technology Transfer Continuing Courses」to promote the ability of patent research skills, the reading connotation of patent technology, the ability of writing patent specification, and learning how to transfer the technology of research results to the industry through a series of courses planning and learning.
