本年度實施內容包括建立中英文對照之食品衛生辭彙庫與設計中英對照之實地查證報告表單:由資料庫所衍生之中英對照之表單與報告,使實地查證作業更有效率,也避免名詞混淆與溝通不良的疑慮.擴大衛生管理缺失照片之收集與資料庫內容:由過去執行查證任務同仁所得之經驗與成果(現場照片與報告)得以累積與系統化,用於訓練新近同仁.設計國外查證手攜式設備儀器手提箱,包括量測儀器、資料記錄裝置與輸出裝置,並規劃儀器校正作業流程.同時,舉辦兩次工廠查證實地演練,針對查證內容與實施流程.培養查證同仁之敏銳觀察能力與判斷之一致性. This year, a Chinese-English vocabulary data bank with index function will be designed. This will help in communication with foreign processors in performing auditing missions, thus avoiding misinterpretations and their possible consequences. All the auditing records will also available in both Chinese and English language. Data bank for evident non-compliance pictures will be expanded to included recent foreign auditing results that will facilitate training new auditors. A standard set of instrument that will be used during in-plant auditing will be acquired and the standard procedures for its calibration will be developed. Two sections of in-plant auditing training workshop will be held, and estimate to coach about 30 auditors to be acquainted with the auditing SOP. The fully implementation of this project can reduce un-necessary animal product trade disputes and provide our official auditors in-depth skills in fulfill the need for their missions.
