Description

Abstract
本研究擬選用本省產的龍鬚菜(Gracilaria tenuistipitata)(包含水可溶與水不可溶之膳食纖維),探討其在模擬人體腸胃道對膽酸的結合能力與膽固醇微粒之形成的抑制能力,並且經由動物試驗以評估其降血脂的生理效果。同時,設計一種具調節血脂機能性之保健食品的製備與樣品。 Domestic Gracilaria was used as raw material. The bile acid binding capacity and cholesterol micelles inhibition in simulative gastrointestinal system will be investigated by Gracilaria fiber (include hot water soluble and insoluble fiber). And, hypolipidemic effect will be evaluated by animal test. Meanwhile, the procedure and product of health foods with blood lipid regulation will be developed.
