Abstract
分別以破胞綠藻 (Chlorella sorokiniana) 與蜆肉為原料,添加纖維素?與蛋白?進行水解,探討其水解物對STZ 誘導的第二型糖尿病大鼠之影響,以評估調節血糖之生理效果。破胞綠藻與蜆肉水解物,以 1:1 比例組合的組合物,具有較佳的 α-glucosidase的抑制效果。由 STZ 誘導的糖尿病大白鼠實驗中,餵予 CH/PX 的組合物八週後,在葡萄糖耐受性試驗中,在第 60 與 120 分鐘的血糖值較控制組降低 11.6 和 10.5%;空腹血漿葡萄糖濃度以 CH、PX 與 CH/PX 組合物之大鼠較控制組可降低 8.1、3.7 與 9.6% ;血漿總膽固醇 (total cholesterol, TC) 則是分別降低 24.2、37.3 與 29.1% ;三酸甘油脂 (triglycerides, TG) 部分則是降低 5.3、12.6 和 8.8% ;給予 CH/PX組合物比控制組可降低38.0% 的胰島素濃度和 51.95% 的 HOMA-IR值 (homeostatic model assessment insulin resistance )。 Pulverized chlorella and freshwater clam were hydrolyzed by cellulase and protease to produce hydrolysates. The effect of hudrolysates on regulation of blood glucose of type 2 diabetics was investigated. Pulverized chlorella (CH) and freshwater clam hydrolysates (PX) at the ratio of 1:1 (w/w) showed a better effect on inhibition of α-glucosidase. After 8 weeks of feeding test, diabetic rats fed CH/PX could reduce 11.6 and 10.5% plasma sugar at the 60 and 120 minutes in glucose tolerance test. Diabetic rats fed CH, PX and CH/PX had a siginifcantly decreased in fasting plasma glucose by 8.1, 3.7 and 9.6%, respectively. Plasma insulin and HOMA-IR (homeostatic model assessment insulin resistance ) levels decreased by 38.0 and 51.95%, respectively, in diabetic rats fed CH/PX. Diabetic rats fed CH, PX and CH/PX had a siginifcantly decreased in fasting plasma total cholesterol (24.2, 37.3 and 29.1%, respectively) and triglyceride (5.3, 12.6 and 8.8%, respectively).
