Abstract
海洋生物毒中具有生物毒之種類 很多,其中以具神經毒性之河魨毒和 麻痺性貝毒最為人所熟知,在台灣地 區造成多起食物中毒案例。民國九十 年四月份,於台北金山外海有漁民因 誤食素面織紋螺及球織紋螺,引起食 物中毒,其致毒成分為河魨毒。另民 國九十一年二月份,於屏東地區有漁 民因食用榧螺屬中的橙口榧螺、寶島 榧螺和寡婦榧螺引起食物中毒,經毒 成 分 鑑 定 得 知 , 其 致 毒 成 分 為 河 魨 毒,此外自 2002 年 2 月至 2003 年 1 月,逐月於屏東外海採集榧螺,三種 榧螺之平均毒性於秋季時較高。取八 種有毒螺類及兩種無毒螺類,進行吸 引性試驗,發現:在河魨毒對螺類的 吸引性試驗中,得知有毒螺類對 TTX 具 有 較 高 的 耐 毒 性 , 而 無 毒 螺 類 對 TTX 的耐毒性則很低,且有毒螺類對 TTX diet 有嗜好性。而在麻痺性貝毒 對螺類的吸引試驗中,得知有毒螺類 對 PSP 具有較高的耐毒性,而無毒螺 類對 PSP 的耐毒性則很低,其中則以 織紋螺科螺類對 PSP 餌料的嗜好性亦 相當高,其﹪ Attracted 高達 70﹪以上, 而榧螺科螺類則對 PSP diet 及 Control diet 呈現隨機的分佈。在耐毒藻試驗中 得知,當毒藻密度達 10/sup 8/ cells/L 時,僅 細紋玉螺、素面織紋螺及球織紋螺存 活,呈現產黏液、螺肉收入殼內的現象。 Tetrodotoxin (TTX) and paralytic shellfish poisons (PSPs) are both widely known marine toxins, which have caused a lot of food incidents in Taiwan. Occurred in Kingsan, Taipei County (April 2001), the food poisoning incident due to ingesting Zeuxis sufflatus and Niotha clathrata, and the causative agent of the food poisoning was TTX. Another food poisoning incident occurred in Pingtung (Feburary 2002), after ingesting TTX containing snails Oliva miniacea, O. mustelina and O. hirasei, and the seasonal toxicity was highest in fall. The attracting effect of small dose of TTX and PSP on eight toxic snail species and 2 nontoxic species was investigated. In TTX attracting test, the toxic snail had the higher preference or palatability to TTX, than non-toxic snail. In PSP attracting test, the toxic snail also had the higher preference or palatability to PSP, Nassariidae snails showed the higher % attracted (70%), but Olividae snails did not. Once the concentration of A. minutum up to 108 cells/L, only N. lineata, Z. sufflatus and N. clathrata could survive.
