Description

Abstract
近年來臺灣因河魨毒、麻痺性貝毒和熱帶性海魚毒中毒引起之食物中毒事件屢次發生,甚為國人所重視,申請者以往對臺灣產河魨、熱帶性魚類、有毒螺貝類、有毒蟹類和相關食物進行了一系列之毒性探討,也建立了相當完整的魚貝類毒性資訊。含河魨毒、麻痺性貝毒及熱帶性海魚毒之魚貝類種類來源、地域性差異、個體間差異和環境因子等,為魚貝類食物中毒之影響因子,故須建立易蓄積三種毒素之不同魚貝類,再進一步對毒素進行定量及定性,建立物種間蓄積毒素及分佈之情形,確認魚種與毒素間之相關性,並探討或收集相關毒理機制和毒理資料,以建立完整之風險評估資料。本計畫內容規劃包含調查、收集、分析及風險評估等部分,首先為資料收集,確定有毒魚貝類目標,檢測魚貝類在海域分布與毒素累積量之差異,分析方面以定性及定量毒素特性為主要目標,分別針對 TTX、PSP 及 CTX 進行研究分析,了解各地區魚貝類毒素存在部位或探討魚種間毒素種類及含量差異性,並利用基因技術進行物種鑑定,並建立完整資料庫。以供中毒案例發生時,快速檢測及實施相應措施。此外,並收集國內外三種毒素的毒性學資料及相關法規與控制,比較美、日和歐盟等各國間之差異性,以建立國內適當管理及監控方針,提供政府制定相關管制標準,為國人的健康帶來保障及安全。 Food poisoning incidences by tetrodotoxin (TTX), paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) and ciguateric toxins in Taiwan occurred frequently in recent years and these toxins were paid close attention by publics. In last two decades, government has focused on prevention of TTX, PSP and ciguateric poisoning events. Some programs had been aimed at a series of investigations on toxin of Taiwan’s puffer fishes, coral reef fishes, mollusks as well as crabs, and the toxin profiles were established completely. Therefore, the reason how animals accumulated TTX/PSP and what the excreting pathways of those toxins are still under study. In this investigation, animal model will be used to test the toxicity of those three kinds of marine toxins. Many useful information about the toxicity, risk assessment and prevention of three marine toxins will also collected in this project. Therefore, we hope to use available data and information to establish standard model systems of risk assessment organism and activity development of those 3 kinds of marine toxins for government.
