漁業

漁業調查統計年報為蒐集、記錄從事各項漁業活動的投入與產出之資料，目前臺灣的漁業統計調查工作主要委由鄉鎮公所和漁會人員，然由於我國沿近海及養殖漁業生產規模以傳統家庭式為主，增加資料收集的困難，且礙於人事精簡，地方基層單位無法設置專職統計調查人員，以致漁業統計資料調查不易，造成統計資料與實際情況間的落差。本計劃目標在於檢討改善現行漁業調查統計年報統計機制，參酌現有漁政單位各項資料以及研究分析成果，透過學者專家及漁民團體等座談討論，檢討現有資料品質，建立漁業調查統計資料檢核模式，以提升統計數據之精確性。 Fisheries Statistical Yearbook is summarized the input and output of all types of fishing activities. The data collection is conducted by local officers from local government and fishermen association. However, it is a difficult task to collect those data because most of the coastal, offshore and aquaculture fisheries are artificial fisheries. In addition, the shortage of professional and full time personal is another problem for data collection. The purposes of this program are to review and improve the data collection mechanism of Taiwanese fisheries statistic. All related databank and research results owned by Fisheries authorities will be reviewed and discussed by experts and fishermen groups. It is expected to establish a review protocols for fisheries statistics.
