淡水河流域至目前其營養鹽濃度仍然相當高，屬於優養化嚴重之河口，本計畫擬延續前一年計畫，繼續研究浮游動物在淡水河流域之生態變化，與浮游動物在優養化嚴重之河口海域對重金屬元素蓄積能力的影響。本計畫擬於淡水河上中下游海域設定約16個測站，租用漁船採取表層水(ca. 2m)，及浮游動物拖網作業，收集浮游動物，分析水樣中之基本水質(鹽度、酸鹼度、溶氧、磷酸鹽、矽酸鹽、氨氮、亞硝酸鹽和硝酸鹽)項目，另分析浮游動物及水樣中懸浮態及溶解態微量元素(Ag、Al、As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cs、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn、Se、Hg)濃度，瞭解優養化嚴重之河口海域，浮游動物生態變化及其對重金屬元素蓄積能力之影嚮。At present, the nutrient concentrations in the Danshuei estuary is still very high and serious eutrophication. The project of the next year will be continued with the same project of the previous year. The estuarine waters of the Danshuei Estuary River will be collected, approximate sixteen stations from the upper to the lower estuary, and analyzed the pH, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, particulate and dissolved trace elements (Ag、Al、As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cs、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn、Se、Hg). The contents of trace elements in the zooplankton samples will also be analyzed. The analyzed results can provide the information of the ecological change of zooplankton in the eutrophication estuary and to study the accumulation ability of trace elements (Ag、Al、As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn、Se、Hg) by zooplankton in such a eutrophication estuary.
