Description

Abstract
"東海陸棚與西北太平洋黑潮水域為我國重要漁場與海洋生態區之一,亦為許多經濟洄游性魚 類集結之場所。了解本海域洄游性魚類組成及豐度變化特性,除了解析氣候變遷下海洋環境變化 對洄游性魚群動態的影響,更是研究與串連微生物循環及攝食食物鏈間的環節,可提供海洋生態 動力特性與微生物循環整合模式,進行建立所需之攝食能階參數及東海海洋生物地球化通量、環 流數值模式與海洋生態系食物網模式參數之評估。故本計畫擬透過收集我國於東海經濟海域內作 業的漁業活動資料,分析主要經濟洄游性魚類之動態(魚種組成與漁獲量),並結合衛星遙測資料 處理分析,探討海洋環境變動對洄游性魚類季、年別組成、分布與漁獲量間關係的研究,主要研 究目的有三: (1)分析東海海域之衛星遙測影像資料,並透過Jansen-Shannon Divergence模式與邊緣偵測法探討 水溫與葉綠素鋒面之耦合特性 (2)分析主要經濟洄游性魚類之動態,包含時空間分布、魚種組成與漁獲量變動特性 (3)透過泛加成模式(Generalized Additive Models),解析氣候變遷效應-ENSO與PDO現象下,海洋 環境變動對洄游性魚類季、年別組成、分布與漁獲量間關係" "The East China Sea and Kuroshio are one of the important fishing grounds and marine ecosystem in the world, respectively. To investigate the composition and biomass of the pelagic fishes would help to analysis the marine environments and ecosystems possibly influenced by the climate change index. These climate changes index could have profound impacts on the marine phenomena that are important to biology, ecology and dynamic carbon transformation in these waters around the East China Sea. The purpose of the project are collected the fishing activity, fleet dynamics of fishing raft and community structure of fishery resources on the exclusive economic zone of East China Sea and the satellite remote sensing data to analysis the marine variations associated with fishing condition and distributions of pelagic fishes. There are three research purposes as below: (1) Collected the satellite remote sensing data on the East China Sea and analysis the relationship between sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a fronts by using Jansen-Shannon Divergence and edge detection. (2) To investigate the abundance and spatial distribution of pelagic species and analyze annual variation on community structure of fishery resources. (3) To analysis the influence of the climatic change index (ENSO and PDO) on the marine environment and habitat and community structure of pelagic fish by using Generalized Additive Models."
