Description

Abstract
"台灣東部海域為台灣沿近海最重要的漁場之一,無論是在漁業類別或漁獲物種皆具有高 度的多樣性,然而過去鮮少有研究關注於此海域不同漁業的利用程度對於不同資源物種間的 影響與交互關係。生態系統漁業管理方法已是海洋漁業資源評估與管理之發展趨勢,漁業影 響對於生態系風險評估現今業已廣泛的應用於世界各海域之捕撈漁業。雖然定性或半計量分 析方法已廣泛且易於用以評估許多資源對漁業利用之敏感度,然而由於這些方法無法以確切 的計量指標評估生態風險和可持續性,因而可能不能充分反映對物種的最明顯的風險變化。 因此,本研究針對台灣東部海域各漁業資源物種進行全計量性生態系風險評估模式建構,藉 由相對資源豐度、漁業利用率以及參考點之估計結果以進行漁業利用影響與可持續性之風險 評估,本研究之成果可除了可以探究此海域漁業資源中必須加以關注之物種外,亦分析漁業 利用對各物種之影響程度,並可提供作為漁業資源管理的重要依據。此外,本研究亦將進一 步整合相關之水文環境因子資訊進行分析,以綜合分析各魚種資源豐度與各項環境因子間之 相關程度。" "The waters around eastern Taiwan is one of the most fishing ground for Taiwanese coastal and offshore fisheries. The types of fisheries and species of catches are highly diverse in this area. In the past, however, few previous studies focused on the impact of fishing exploitation on the species of fisheries resource and their interactions. Stock assessment and management have been developed toward to the ecosystem-based fisheries management. Nowadays, ecological risk assessment for effect of fishing has also been widely applied to marine capture fisheries in the world. Although attributed or semi-quantitative methods were widely and easily applied to evaluate the sensitivity to fishery impact on many stocks. However, these methods cannot clearly define quantitative indices to assess ecological risk and sustainability and thus cannot adequately reflect the most obvious changes in risk to stocks. Therefore, this study will conduct a full quantitative modeling of ecological risk assessment for the fishery resources in the Kuroshio waters around eastern Taiwan. The risk of fishery impact and sustainability can be evaluated based on the estimates of relative abundances, fishing exploitation rates and reference points. The results of this study may able to explore the species in this area that needed to be concerned, but also analyze the impact of fishing exploitation on the species. In addition, this study will analyze the correlations between the environmental conditions and abundances of species by cooperating the information of environmental factors."
