Description

Abstract
本研究為開發新智慧型可攜式遠距量測橋底裂縫之工程輔具裝置之應用儀具,係利用技術團隊已發表整合雷射光點投射定位技術與裂縫演算技術,與民間土木工程檢測作業公司合作,開發出可用於橋底下且重量低於20公斤左右的一個可以xy平面旋轉與具有z軸可俯仰之可程式工作平台,各軸旋轉角度與俯仰方位角座標,可輸入一個資控裝置,併入照相機所拍照之裂縫影像資料中,完成現場裂縫資料數據蒐集,裂縫影像辨識及雲端傳輸等功能於之智慧型可攜式遠距橋底裂縫量測之工程輔具裝置與取像進行驗證. 讓使用者能容易地操作此工程輔具裝置來量測裂縫,並以能夠推向世界之高可靠度可攜式遠距量測橋底裂縫之工程輔具裝置產品為目標。 The portable and smart engineering auxiliary apparatus of remote sensing the cracks of bridge bottom with integrated laser spot projection and positioning technology and the crack calculation technology will be developed as a new instrument for the crack detecting of bridge bottom. In cooperation with the civil engineering inspection and operation company, the engineering auxiliary device is developed for the new development and application. It can be used under the bridge and the weight of less than about 20 kg with a xy plane rotation and a z axis that can be tilted programmable platform. Those rotation angle of each axis and pitch azimuth coordinates, can enter a control device, then, into the camera photographic images of the data. The completion of on-site data collection, fracture image recognition and cloud transmission and other functions of portable and smart remote sensing the crack of bridge bottom at the end of the measurement of the engineering auxiliary device and take the image to verify. The user can easily operate the engineering aids to measure the cracks. In the meantime, and to be able to push the world's high reliability products of the portable and smart engineering auxiliary apparatus of remote sensing the cracks of bridge bottom as the goal.Keywords: bridge bottom, crack, remote
