Description

Abstract
本研究團隊規劃以「漁船失火」及「漁船翻覆人員落海」兩個情境進行拍攝教學影片。 「漁船失火」係模擬船舶在海上航行時發生失火,船上人員因受不住船上失火之高溫、濃煙,而跳船往海上逃生,海巡艇同仁將分為滅火組及救援組執行實務救援任務。 「漁船翻覆人員落海」則模擬漁船因海象不佳翻覆,由海巡艇前往搜救,海巡艇抵達現場後,由艇長(現場指揮官)進行任務分工施救,並於現場執行擴大搜尋模式尋找落海人員,並利用艇上各項救難器材,如救生小艇、救生圈、拋繩桶、攀爬網,對落海人員施救;對獲救人員進行身體狀況評估,給予保暖避免失溫,倘獲救者昏迷或骨折受傷則分別進行「心肺復甦術」或長背板固定等救助方式施救。 本案預期讓課堂上的「海難救助」課程,以活潑且容易快速吸收之多媒體影音教學教材呈現,提昇學習效果。研究團隊亦將架設至少一處學習平台,放置本案多媒體影音教學影片及教學成果評量方案,以逐步建構海巡人員、海洋保育人員及一般民眾共享之數位學習環境管道,俾利使渠等瞭解海上搜救程序及細節。 The research team designed two scenarios to shoot teaching videos: "fishing boat caught fire" and "people in water (PIW) due to the capsizing of fishing boat ". The first scenario demonstrates how to handle and assist the fishing boat that caught fire at sea. The crew members on board jumped off the fishing boat into the water because they could not tolerate the high temperatures and thick smoke produced by the fire on the ship. The coast guard vessel will have two teams including a fire fighting team and a rescue team to show the real operation at sea. The second one demonstrates how to rescue people in the water after a fishing boat capsized due to rough sea conditions. The coast guard patrol boat was dispatched for conducting the search and rescue operation. After the patrol boat arrives at the scene, the on-scene commander, the commanding officer of the said boat, will immediately assign rescue missions to the coast guard crew in order to put the fire out. Two coast guard boats expand the searching area and use various rescue equipment to help the men overboard, such as lifeboats, lifebuoys, cord dropping cylinders, and rescue climbing nets. When the fishermen are rescued, the coastguard staff will assess the condition of injuries, and keep them warm to avoid temperature loss. They will offer first aid according to various injuries such as CPR for people in a coma and long backplate fixation for people with fractures. Another purpose of shooting teaching videos is to make the "Maritime Rescue" courses lively and easy to learn via multimedia audio-visual teaching materials and enhance the learning effect. The research team will also set up at least one learning platform to display the multimedia audio-visual teaching videos of this program as well as a teaching achievement evaluation plan. It will provide a digital learning environment for coast guard personnel, marine conservation staff, and the public to understand the procedures and details of maritime search and rescue.
