Description

Abstract
本計畫目標主要是利用中油LNG冷排水進行冷水性物種養殖,引領我國養殖產業朝物種多元性邁進。本計畫將建立冷水養殖之海參、鮑魚、鮃鰈、鮭魚、滸苔及蕨藻等冷水性高經濟價值物種之養殖技術及餌飼料研發,同時完成養殖技術手冊以提升台灣冷水性物種養殖產業的競爭力,使產業界能了解、活用及信賴,同時亦使養殖產業相關應用技術能多元地在台灣生根並且創造更多價值。適時與國外成功案例進行交流,進行全新觀念的冷水性高經濟養殖物種的養殖技術,已做為我國未來發展冷水性養殖產業之借鏡。同時分析冷水性養殖物種之成本效益並進行產業規模之規劃評估,分析我國養殖產業的產能缺口,發展創新的冷水性物種養殖新技術推廣到台灣水產養殖產業多元化利用。 The project is aimed for using the module of LNG cool water (CPC Corporation) for multi-temperature gradients. The project will be suitable for improving farming technology and Research and development for aqua feed for sea cucumber, abalone, flounder, salmon, enteromorpha and eaulerpa those cold- water- high- value aquatic species. And we will finish a manual instruction to promote the competitiveness of aqua industry and become practical and reliable. In order to connect with the associated applicable technology can be rooted in Taiwan and meanwhile create more value. We will timely study and exchange with oversea successful cases to make innovative concept of farming technology in cold- water- high- value aquatic species and to become the mirror of future development for cold water aquaculture industry. In the mean time we analyze the module farming factory its cost, to build a more economic pattern, and to make up the capacity gap. Eventually to make a development for technology of new cold water species and carry to the whole industry for diversification use.
