Description

Abstract
本計畫目標主要是應用液態天然氣(LNG)冷排水建構冷水養殖模場之研發,利用中油LNG冷卻水,建立冷水性養殖物種之示範場,並導入智慧型監控與管理系統,促進產業升級與轉型。本計畫將利用低溫海水之特性,規劃設計「單一水源、分階段利用、先低溫後高溫、養殖生物與藻類交互排列」之養殖示範場,作為台灣發展低溫海水養殖產業的重要範例。由於低溫海水屬寶貴資源,為了達到水資源、低溫及能源多段利用之目的,本計畫將完成冷水性養殖物種之示範場軟硬體設備之規劃與購置,協助並參與示範場設施設計及建置作業,搭配未來具發展性或可提升有限面積養殖獲利之物種,提高水資源及能源的利用率,達到提高收益的目的。利用奈微米機電技術製作實驗室晶片,具有微量樣品與試劑需求、低製作與檢測成本、低耗能、反應迅速、低偵測極限、準確性佳等優點,開發智慧型自動監控與管理系統,導向科學化養殖管理方式。評估冷水養殖模場之示範場養殖作業的危害分析與重要管制點等環節以建立標準作業流程,突破冷水性物種養殖的關鍵技術,使能更即時掌握養殖環境變化,以易懂之學理導入養殖經驗,進行科學化養殖管理以提升台灣冷水性物種養殖產業的競爭力。同時分析示範場之養殖成本效益以建立最具經濟效益的經營模式,提高我國養殖產業的產能缺口,發展創新的冷水性物種養殖新技術推廣到台灣水產養殖產業多元化利用。 The main purposes of this research are to develop integrated aquaculture techniques of multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients establishment of low-temperature aquaculture system using LNG cool water, to promote low-temperature property in local aquaculture industry The module of LNG cool water (CPC Corporation) for multi-temperature gradients as well as water safety monitoring is constructed. It inserted with smart monitor and management system in order to upgrade and transform the industry level. During the research period, the aquaculture module, which has the characteristics of \\\\\"one water resource, multi-stage usage, low-temperature before high-temperature, and aquatic fish and shellfish interacting with algae,\\\\\" is constructed to develop integrated aquaculture techniques of multi-temperature and multi-nutrition gradients. It involves module organization for the design of research module, commercial-module industrial buildings, in-house farms, outdoor farms and other culture areas. On account of low-temperature seawater is a valuable resource, accomplishing the goal of resource multi-employ is the first action. The project will assess and establish the model factory include all the software, hardware facilities to farm cold water aquatic species. Assisting and taking part in the design and construction work is part of the responsibilities. All the efforts are made for the developing aquatic species and promotion for the profit-rising in limited area, also the efficiency for using water and other kind of resources. By using the lab on a chip from Chennai micron electrical technology, which has the advantages of Small sample, reagent demand, low production and testing costs, low energy consumption, rapid response, low detection limit and good accuracy. We evaluate the model factory’s operation risk analysis and critical point to build a standard operation system in order to make the break through. And to more easily grasp the changes of farming environment with theories combine with practical experiences to conduct a scientific method to manage and to improve the competitiveness and become the ideal model of developing cold water aquatic species of aquaculture industry. In the mean time we analyze the module farming factory its cost, to build a more economic pattern, and to make up the capacity gap. Eventually to make a development for technology of new cold water species and carry to the whole industry for diversification use.
