Abstract
白蝦繁養殖產業技術輔導    本計畫目標由水試所與家衛所組成技術服務團隊,至現場輔導白蝦產業繁養殖業者,釐清其遭遇的問題根源並提供解決方案,或將問題帶回研究以及將意見反應給政策制定者參考,幫助白蝦產業轉型與升級。預期效果為由專家團隊下鄉服務白蝦生產業者,發現問題並提供客製化輔導與解決方案,將科研成果應用於現場,同時建立示範場域,能引領白蝦產業轉型與升級;此外,藉由團隊成員互動聯繫與現場訪視,能培育更多白蝦專業人才,以及使未來科研範疇能更契合白蝦產業需求。 白蝦養殖產業管理研究計畫   近年來國際蝦類養殖產業的快速發展,臺灣水產養殖也正面臨產業轉型之瓶頸。影響蝦類養殖的諸多疾病中包含了病毒性疾病與副溶血弧菌感染的EMS,也因此發展了許多蝦類養殖的健康管理策略,目前包含了種蝦的安全養殖管理及無特定病源養殖以及使用有益微生物控制養殖環境的養殖策略。然而,由於蝦類開放式的水產養殖特性,往往無法徹底隔離所有病原體,而成為防疫最大的困難之處。本計畫為調查臺灣各地之混養養殖場,實際監測池中多項水質與底質因子包括氨氮、亞硝酸鹽、溶氧、磷酸鹽、pH值、氧化還原電位等,並探討環境因子與病毒及細菌性疾病之相互關係,於計畫中整理各項環境數據與致病菌之交互影響,並提出適當解決方案。將從白蝦種苗來源、配方飼料之使用、養殖環境、養殖技術與疾病預防等各方面徹底調查產業目前所面臨之困境並找尋致病原因,藉由各項科學數據來預防傳統混養養殖因為環境惡化化與疾病繁生所造成的大量死亡。並將計畫整理成養殖標準流程(SOP)使混養養殖戶有系統的處理養殖時期所遭遇之問題。  Technical guidance for white shrimp industry    The aim of this project is to consist of a technical service team composed of the  Animal Health Research Institute (AHRI) and Fisheries Research Institute(FRI), to counsel the white shrimp industry breeders in the field, clarify the root causes of the problems they encounter, provide solutions, or bring the problems back to research, and reflect opinions to as a reference for policy makers. It is expected that the expert team will serve the white shrimp producers in the countryside to apply the scientific research results to the field, and at the same time establish a demonstration farm for peer observation and learning, which will lead the white shrimp industry to transform and upgrade. In addition, through the interactive contact and on-site visits of team members, more white shrimp professionals can be cultivated, and make the scope of future research more suitable for the demand of the white shrimp industry. Construction of the Breeding Management and Aquatic Animal Medicine System for the White Shrimp   In view of the rapid development of the international shrimp culture industry in recent years, aquaculture in Taiwan is also facing the obstacle of industrial restructuring. The prevalence of numerous diseases that affect the shrimp industry has promoted the development of various health management strategies. The major strategies include greater biosecurity and sourcing of specific pathogen-free animals, and in more cases, using probiotic to control aquaculture system. However, because of the shrimp pond are usually in the open culture system, it is often not possible to protect shrimp from all pathogens it's become the greatest difficulty in prevention system. This project will investigate the farms of mix culture in Taiwan. Monitoring factors of water and sediment in the pond include ammonia-nitrogen, nitrite-nitrogen, DO, phosphate, pH, ORP, and investigates the relationship between environmental factors and virus or bacterial diseases. This project will organize of source shrimp seed, nutrition of formula diet, environmental factor and aquaculture technology which can provide the appropriate solution for shrimp diseases. Through the monitor's scientific data of multiculture farming to prevent mass mortality caused by excessive feeding and diseases. Finally, this project will establish new standard operating procedures (SOP) for mix culture that can assist farmer to solve the problem effectively.
