Description

Abstract
離岸風機及海氣象觀測塔矗立於海中其承載平台機構與結構物本身基礎可能遭受波力作用,而風機與觀測塔基礎部分亦可能因海底底床特性與水流互制作用有淘刷情形,此等機制現象恐造成離岸風機結構承載平台或觀測塔結構物之損壞或傾倒。因此,針對離岸機組開發廠商所設計之離岸風機及海氣象觀測塔型式,藉由水工模型試驗先探討颱風波及海流作用下基礎週圍底床之最大沖刷深度及沖刷範圍,再依試驗結果研擬保護工方式及進行保護工模型試驗;整體試驗結果可提供產業界開發離岸風電所衍伸之基礎週圍底床沖刷相關問題與解決方案,若再配合現場海氣象觀測塔及風機基礎沖刷之監測,將更能瞭解實際底床淘刷之情況。而對產業界及工程界針對離岸風機及海氣象觀測塔之設計與開發能提供更多之資訊且有所助益,另外對國家朝離岸風場發電之綠色能源將有更重大之突破。 Offshore wind turbines and sea meteorological observation tower stands in the sea carrying platform mechanism and the structure itself the foundation may suffer wave force, fundamental part of fan and observation tower may also be due to undersea bed interaction properties and current production situation with a scouring brush, these mechanisms phenomenon of fear of causing damage to the offshore wind turbine structural bearing platform or observation tower structures or dumped. Therefore, the design of offshore wind turbine development vendors for offshore units and sea meteorological observation tower type, first look into the foundation around the bed of the typhoon affected the ocean current role scour depth and scour range by hydraulic model tests, and then according to the test results develop protection workers, and protection work model test; overall test results available industry developed the foundation around offshore wind power Yanshen bed erosion related problems and solutions, if more with the scene sea meteorological observation tower and fan base erosion of monitoring will be more to understand the circumstances of the actual bed scouring brush. Industry and engineering for the design and development of offshore wind and sea meteorological observation tower can provide more of the information and helpful addition there will be a significant breakthrough in the country toward an offshore wind farm generation of green energy.
