Description

Abstract
計畫目標: 針對石斑魚仔魚之營養需求, 開發石斑魚仔魚( 白身 )階段的商業化飼料, 取代下雜魚等生餌並追蹤魚苗各階段易受感染的病原菌, 以適合循環水養殖的條件.架構( 重要工作項目 ): 1.配製-液體飼料, 主要成份為魚油、卵磷脂及維生素; 石斑魚在卵黃囊消失後即投餵此一液體飼料三天、在顯微鏡下觀察其攝食情形, 並計算活存率.2.配合廠商製造三組微粒飼料, 分別以不同蛋白質為原料製作微粒飼料, 在魚苗開口三天後投餵, 其活存率和成長來評估石斑魚苗對微粒飼料的利用能力.3.飼育過程中自體表及內臟器官採病原菌, 以確定人工飼料是否為帶原.4.若石斑魚苗可有效的利用微粒及液體飼料則可成功的推出市場.預期效益: 本計畫之液體飼料及微粒飼料如果能為石斑魚苗接受, 將可透過配合廠商推廣該飼料, 可減少漁民使用下雜魚程度; 以石斑魚的活存率做為人工微粒飼料的指標, 分析石斑魚苗體組織的脂肪酸. Objectives: The purpose of this study will focus on the replacement of living organisms and trash fish by the microparticulate diets.Therefore, the feasible microparticulate diets for fry grouper Epinephelus coioides should be developed.We will also investigate the bacterial disease occurred in the cultured fry grouper.Working plan: In order to achieve the research goal, two series of diets, a liquid diet and microparticulate diets, will be manufactured.After the yolk sac of fry grouper disappears, fry will be fed a liquid diet for three days.The liquid diet is composed of vitamins, soluble protein, fish oil and phospholipids.The fry will be sampled and examined under microscope.The survival will be calculated.Three microparticulate diets including different protein sources will be fed six-day fry.The weight gain and survival of fry grouper will be estimated.In order to understand the relationship between artificial diets and disease, the different stages of fry grouper will be sampled to investigate the bacterial infection.
