Description

Abstract
由研發觀點分析,中型基因轉殖螢光魚已具有潛在商機與廣大市場,並已做好產品的行銷佈局,待通過生物安全評估後,將可創造出龐大之經濟價值。本計劃擬利用基因編輯技術將初始生殖細胞(PGCs)關鍵基因dead end (dnd1)精準突變,以達到完全不孕之目標。有助於基因轉殖螢光斑馬魚與神仙魚通過生物安全評估系統,讓技術領先與創新的基因轉殖中型螢光觀賞魚進入國際市場。
