Description

Abstract
本計畫藉由重組RT量產與保存之最適化探討,提高由單位體積培養液中純化所得之重組RT活性產量,並且在純化後能適當地保存以維持活性。並協助廠商建立由養菌至重組RT純化後保存之完整量產流程,將所量產之重組RT用於生產該公司之COVID-19 RT-qPCR Detection Kit及 RT-qPCR 商品線。能提供重要原料的自主性,並可大幅降低生產成本,增加產品的價格競爭力。未來更能夠推出新產品線來供應本土化生產的重組RT,而不須仰賴由國外進口,並提升我國生技產業之開發能力。不僅為台灣創造商機、帶來產值,並有助於 COVID-19 的診斷。
