Abstract

BBNJ之永續利用議題，具有高度的政治性與科學性。科學與政治的交界是BBN ILBI裡各項議題的共同要件，未來BBNJ使用與養護秩序將產生改變。台灣作為BBNJ的使用者與相關利益方，研究BBNJ ILBI的科學與政治交界，有助於促進我國在BBNJ的利益，在學術發展上，本研究結果將貢獻於現有的海洋法政與海洋科學的跨學門領域。
