Description

Abstract
近年來,SARS、愛滋病、禽流感等各種新興病毒性傳染病陸續造成人類健康的威脅,如何開發有效地預防及治療病毒性傳染病的保健食品或藥物,已成了全世界人們心中的期待。近年來,克流感已出現抗藥性及副作用,因此開發有效預防流感病毒感染的藥物是迫切議題。為改善薑黃素溶解性及生物可利用性差的缺點,利用乾燒法合成碳量子點。本計畫將探討薑黃素及其碳量子點對於A型流感病毒感染是否具保護效果,及其萃取物是否藉由調節免疫路徑,達到降低小鼠肺部發炎所造成的肺損傷情形,以作為抗A型流感保健食品及藥物開發之應用。故計劃具有必要性、學術價值及產業發展性。
