Abstract
<P>近年來國際蝦類養殖產業的快速發展,臺灣水產養殖也正面臨產業轉型之瓶頸。影響蝦類養殖的諸多疾病中包含了病毒性疾病、副溶血弧菌感染的AHPND及微孢子蟲,也因此發展了許多蝦類養殖的健康管理策略,目前包含了種苗的安全養殖管理及無特定病源養殖以及使用有益微生物控制養殖環境的養殖策略。然而,由於蝦類開放式的水產養殖特性,往往無法徹底隔離所有病原體,而成為防疫及穩定養殖生產量最大的難處。本計畫為調查臺灣各地之白蝦養殖場,實際監測池中多項水質與底質因子包括氨氮、亞硝酸鹽、溶氧、pH值、氧化還原電位及菌落數等,並探討環境因子與病毒及細菌性疾病之相互關係,於計畫中整理各項環境數據與致病菌之交互影響,並提出適當解決方案。將蝦類養殖從養殖生物、養殖環境、飼料營養、疾病控制及經驗傳承等議題徹底調查產業目前所面臨之困境,藉由各項科學數據來預防傳統混養養殖因為環境惡化與疾病繁生所造成的大量死亡。並將計畫整理成養殖標準流程使養殖戶能有系統的處理養殖時期所遭遇之問題。</P><P>With the rapid development of the international shrimp aquaculture industry in recent years, Taiwan aquaculture is also facing the bottleneck of industrial transformation. Many diseases affecting shrimp farming include viral diseases, Vibrio parahaemolyticus-infected AHPND, and microsporidia. As a result, many health management strategies for shrimp farming have been developed, including the safe breeding management of seedlings and no specific disease breeding strategy and the use of probiotics to control the breeding environment. However, due to the open aquaculture characteristics of shrimps, it is often impossible to completely isolate all pathogens, which becomes the biggest difficulty for epidemic prevention and stable aquaculture production. This project is to investigate white shrimp farming in Taiwan by actual monitoring pools include ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, dissolved oxygen, pH, oxidation-reduction potential, and colony counts, as well as environmental factors and viruses. And the relationship between bacterial diseases, the interaction between various environmental data and pathogenic bacteria is sorted out in the plan, and appropriate solutions are proposed. Thoroughly investigate the current difficulties faced by the industry from issues such as breeding organisms, breeding environment, feed nutrition, disease control and experience inheritance, and use various scientific data to prevent traditional polyculture aquaculture from environmental degradation and disease proliferation of causing mass deaths. And also,organize the plan into a breeding standard process so that the farmers can systematically deal with the problems encountered during the breeding period.</P>
