Description

Abstract
三萜類物質為靈芝重要活性物質,一般液態培養靈芝產量低。預期經由低溫環境逆境刺激,以及酵母菌共培養之它種微生物刺激的二種策略可提升靈芝菌絲體三萜類物質含量,且可同時增加其菌絲體與胞外多醣量。此乃增加液態培養靈芝三萜類物質及胞外多醣創新靈芝培養技術。由於不但靈芝菌絲體三萜類物質及其胞外多醣產量增加,且共培養酵母菌為高降血糖活性菌株,預期所得共培養發酵產物將大幅增加FL83B細胞對葡萄糖的吸收率。此外,經由追蹤培養過程培養基成分消長及靈芝菌絲體和菌絲體胞內三萜類物質及胞外多醣變化,可以了解靈芝菌絲體、菌絲體胞內三萜類物質及EPS生產之間的關係,故不論在產業應用面及學術層面均有參考價值。
