Description

Abstract
多重式溝道金屬玻璃模具設計對熱微擠切薄壁中空體技術是一種新技術,主要針對3C/生醫零件再造微細精密化。過去成形時,必需要在模具與胚料面浸入適當的潤滑,一方面是有助於成形,另一方面是降低胚料與模具之間摩擦,然而新技術全然不需再擔憂表面潤滑問題,是一種具有經濟的成形方式;對於微小型零件製作中空體是不容易,在此新技術利用玻璃柱作為核心體成形的開啟,將帶給學術界一個製造技術的新觀點,以引發更多學者對新技術想法創造再拓展。
